A. The Student Portal is a Web site available to students that can be used to browse the MSB catalog, register for classes, pay school bills, access or print a degree audit, and much much more.

A. A student may submit a change request, through the student portal, if any of his/her personal information changes: address, phone number, and/or personal email. Q. How do I search the MSB Course Schedule?
A. The Course Schedule allows a student to see what classes are being offered during a specific term, whether it be Spring, Summer, Winter, or Fall. Using the Course Schedule feature in the Portal will help you determine what courses you would like to add to your registered courses. Q. How do I register for classes online?
A. The Student Portal can be used to register for classes after you have been with MSB for at least one quarter. You will be able to register in 3 easy steps: Select > View > Register. See also our How to Register for Classes printable step-by-step PDF file.
Q. How do I view my course schedule?
A. The “View Your Course Schedule” link allows students to see all of their registered courses in a calendar format. Please note that the online classes will not show up like the residential courses do because they are not scheduled for any specific day of the week. Q. How do I view or print my degree audit?
A. The Degree Audit displays a student’s Program Details, Academic Progress, Course Categories, and Courses. It also gives a student the option to evaluate the effects of changing his or her program and/or the areas of study. Q. How do I make a payment online?
A. Students have the ability to make school account payments online through the Student Portal. If you would like to make a payment you will need a valid credit card. See our How to Make a Payment Online printable step-by-step PDF file for directions.
Q. How do I view or print my grades?
A. The “View My Grades” area will allow you to view all grades that have been posted for courses you have completed. See our How to View My Grades printable step-by-step PDF file for directions.
Q. How do I view or print my payment information?
A. The Ledger Card is a detailed list of a student’s tuition amout, application fees, lab fees, etc. It will also tell you your overall account balance. See our How to View Payment Information printable step-by-step PDF file for directions.
A. The My Message Center, under My Profile, is a great way to see messages sent out by MSB. It will display information regarding any Holds on a student’s account, Alerts specific to a student, Waitlist info, Required Documents, etc, and Appointments with the MSB staff.
