A. At Online Student Services you can access several student resources (bookstore, tutorials, student forms), frequently asked questions, career placement information, and much more.
Q. How do I access the Online Library?
A. At the online library you have access to resources such as newspapers, periodical databases, business information databases, and encyclopedias. You can also search the GU/MSB campuses for books and periodical information.
Q. How do I download the Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF)?
A. At the Adobe Web site, you will be able to download the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader. The Acrobat Reader will allow you to display and read PDF files.
Q. How do I download the Adobe Flash Player?
At the Adobe Web site, you will be able to download the FREE Adobe Flash Player. The Flash player will enable you to display interactive and movie demonstrations build in Flash.
Q. How do I download the Adobe Shockwave Player?
A. At the Adobe Web site, you will be able to download the FREE Abode Shockwave Player. The Shockwave player will enable you to display interactive and movie demonstrations built in Shockwave.
Q. How do I download Firefox?
A. At the Mozilla Web site, you will be able to download a FREE browser called Firefox. The Firefox browser could be useful if you are having problems with your current browser, whether it be Internet Explorer, Netscape, MSN, etc.
Q. How do I download the Java Software?
A. At the Java Web site download page, you will able to download the FREE Java software. You will need the Java software to run some of the components in Blackboard.
Q. How do I download the PowerPoint Viewer?
A. At the download area of the Microsoft Web site, you will be able to download the FREE PowerPoint Viewer. The PowerPoint Viewer will enable you to display PowerPoint files even if you do not have the PowerPoint Program.

A. At the QuickTime Web site, you will be able to download the FREE QuickTime application. The QuickTime application will enable you to view movie files.
Q. How do I download the Windows Media Player?
A. At the download area of the Microsoft Web site, you will be able to download the FREE Windows Media Player application. The Windows Media Player application will enable you to view movie files.
Q. How do I download WinZip?
A. At the WinZip site you can down load a trial version of the WinZip program to use for 45 days. It will allow you to Zip and/or Unzip files. Zipping files makes them smaller and easier to send via e-mail.
