Welcome to the Helpdesk for Globe Education Network, including Globe University, Minnesota School of Business, Utah Career College, Minnesota School of Cosmetology and the Institute of Production and Recording. This is your first stop for support questions and issues. We have several FAQs and information pages that should answer most common issues.
Please direct all support issues directly to the helpdesk either through the "Submit a Helpdesk Request" link below, by email or by phone. This will allow timely responses to submitted issues and allow us to track trends in performance as well as curb potential problems before they occur.
The Helpdesk will be closed on Friday July 3rd, Saturday July 4th and Sunday July 5th in observance of Independence Day.
