• CampusConnect

  Campus Connect is a portal developed here at MSB to connect you, in one easy location, to all of your school resources. It incorporates Blackboard; the software system is widely used with colleges offering online programs. Before beginning your first quarter, or before your first fully online course, you will complete an orientation course within Campus Connect that introduces you to the functions and features used frequently in our courses.

• E-Mail

  Businesses, government agencies and schools use e-mail as the standard way to communicate. At Minnesota School of Business, students, faculty and staff send campus-wide announcements, submit class assignments and report class absences. Students need to be prepared to check their e-mail accounts daily for messages

  The SkillPort site offers students and staff the opportunity to access books 24X7, Courses, Simulations, Express Guides, Test Prep Exams, Mentoring SkillBriefs, Job Aids, and Learning Porgrams. You can search for SkillPort items several different ways. You can search by Keywords, Title or ID.

• Library

  The Library is your place to find articles, journals, books, e-books, research help and more! You can learn more about your local MSB library or research online anytime. For additional information on the library please click on the library button found on the left side navigation.

• What kind of issues can the helpdesk help me with?

  The MSB help desk is the first place to go for help with questions about e-mail, online class issues and problems with software applications such as word processing and spreadsheet packages. They can also assist with any issues you may have logging into any of your student resources. You can contact the helpdesk by visiting our helpdesk site for information contact information and hours at helpdesk.msbcolleg.edu or e-mail the help desk at helpdesk@msbcollege.edu.

• Where can I find information to help with classes?

  You can click on the academic help button on the left side navigation for outside resources to help with writing, math, ESL and medical programs. You can also contact your Student Services Coordinator or Academic Services department for additional assistance.

• When is the library open?

  To find information on your campus library, or on the online library, click on the library link at the top of the page. You will find a complete list of hours for each campus along with information to help you utilize the library.

• How do I purchase my books?

  • Get books online: Order books online and have them shipped though our Virtual Bookstore.
  • Pick up books at a bookstore: You can pick up your books at one of our many campus locations. Each campus has different bookstore times and locations; contact your Student Services Coordinator for information about yours. If you are taking classes at more than one campus, please pick up your book at the campus where the class is meeting.  If you are taking an online class and a residential class, please pick up your online class books at your home campus.
